Worse possible experience I have EVER had with a docotor. My first initial 2 visits I paid cash bc I had no insurance. Previous to going I was on a very important medication that I can't just stoop abruptly taking. Well Mary Wilson said she would help me with that medication till I found a pyschiatrist (mind you I was only with that office for 3m) well she decided to cut me off my meds completely knowing how dangerous it was to do so. I wouldn't recommend this place to ANYONE EVER. Even tryn to call someone at the front desk is like pulling teeth. No one ever answers and the mailbox is always full and even when you do leave a message it takes them days to get back to you. Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to in my life!!!!! DON'T GO THERE EVER
Love Denise and Mary but the rest of this place is just crazy and disorganized.
You couldn't ask for a more caring and dedicated staff. Really. Admittedly, the clinics change of ownership and the huge learning curve for running a practice and all its working parts ....to hit the ground running is a daunting task in this day and age of computers, insurance, layers upon layers of busy work to get running smoothly. It's been hard on patients and staff. But I'm happy to report, this clinic has come back!
Very awesome (&only) medical facility in Ocean View. Just purchased from Mango Medical. Very very knowledgeable practitioners! Even do DOT & MMJ plus many more certificates for people within the community.
