we had our best local food experience there, great locomoco, must try ox tail soup. the host was very nice, she extended business hours for us
Very rude and disrespectful worker by the name of Jason. He had the audacity on numerous occasions to call my 70 year old father Grandma!!! How dare!!! We have been loyal customers for years and have spent lots of money there. That is not how employees should talk to customers. I would like a formal written apology and/or have him fired. We WILL be contacting their boss asap.
The food is good, tho I've had an upset stomach after eating at this particular location more than once, but my biggest gripe is the lack of decent English. The dude doesn't seem to understand much besides menu item names and is borderline rude about customer service. That aloha saimin keeps me coming back tho- plus it's convenient if you live ocean view.
For the first time, eat this BBQ beef bowl。 Quantity is very large. Very delicious. The price is also reasonable. Come again next time
